Membership: The committee shall consist of not less than two Governors plus the Headteacher.

Meetings: The committee shall meet as requires

Terms of Reference:

• To consider, investigate and respond to any complaints referred to the Committee in accordance with procedures adopted by the Governing Body.

        (This may involve hearing representations from all involved parties to enable Governors to make an             informed decision).
